How to change your eating habits.?

Eat a good big healthy breakfast. It has been shown in studies that people who have a big breakfast lose more weight than those who have a small breakfast. The reason is that on a full stomach you tend not to eat so many snacks during the day. Avoiding the extra snacks helps you to lose weight.

If you do snack, eat healthy snacks like baby carrots, or dried fruit and no dips.

The evening meal you should start and reduce the size or portion of each food. A major yet simple thing to do is to chew your food at least 30 chews per mouthful. This will help you digest the food better, your general health will be better because your body will be absorbing all of the nutrients so much better.

A couple of quick points to help anyone lose weight, but remember it is not going to happen overnight, you did not gain the extra weight in a week, are:

1. Chew each mouthfull at least 30 times.

2. Walk up the stairs even if only one flight to begin. They have races up the tallest buildings in many of the big cities of the world. You do not have to try that straight up but maybe that can be a motivating point for you.

3. Use your mind to visualize how you will look when you lose all of the weight you want.

4. Think about losing weight every minute you have spare. If you think about what you want you will get it.

5. Habits need 21 days to change. Plan for 21 days to get up 15 minutes earlier each day to go for a walk before your big breakfast.

6. Put up a picture of your head and then under it put a picture of a slimmer body, yourself when you were lighter. See yourself after you lose all of the weight you have planed.

There are lots of little things that you can do to help lose weight.. Do not sweat on trying to achieve the big things just do a couple of little things each day. Over time you will find that you will lose weight. Never give up on your goal to lose weight.

Network Marketing Success or Failure You Choose

It is readily apparent to me that people wanting to start a home business start out on an almost predictable journey.  They find something that they seem to want to be dedicate in promoting.  The see their names and email addresses on a website of some type and now they are staged to get rich quick, with almost no effort, while they continue to be depressed in their day job.  They seem to think that Internet Marketing is something that will happen automatically with no effort on their part.  They are simply looking for a way out of their dismal circumstances and seem to think that maybe, just maybe, this new networking marketing gig will pay rich rewards for them.

 

After having been involved in the search engine optimization and network marketing business for about five years, I can honestly say that NOTHING happens quickly on Google.  You will struggle to learn daily, the techniques and strategies that you need to become successful.  You will find that marketing is not an easy thing to do.  There are articles to be written, blogs to post your articles on, websites to create, forums to find and post your comments on and a literal thousand and one things that you MUST accomplish, or you will never see any success at all.

 

I do not believe in doing anything but telling the truth.  The truth is, the reason that 95% of people do not make any money, nor will ever make any money, is the fact that they are too damned lazy to get off their butts, and go to work.  They had rather become involved with their particular spheres of influence, and systematically try to pick and bitch and moan and whine, more than they had just simply go to work.

 

I have seen this in all the organizations that I have been part of.  The 1% or less, of the people are committed to excellence and the other 99% are just willing to chat, surf, bitch, moan, whine and complain that they just are not making any money in their present business.  So what do they do?  They go and find yet another network marketing business to join, and go about the same path of chatting, and gaining no significant ground in promoting themselves on Google, or their respective businesses.

 

If you think that you are going to make money in a network marketing business in a day, a week a month or even a year, then I have a suggestion for you.  Simply keep the day job.  There are no quick fixes to becoming successful here.  There is only writing, writing, writing and more writing.  You must be willing to place more information live on the net, than anyone else does.  You may not even think that you can write, but you are wrong in that thinking.  If you can read and spell, then you can write information and post it to blogs, forums, press releases, build websites and all the other things that you should be doing, instead of complaining that you just cannot make it.

 

Its a fact that most will spend more time criticizing other people in what they are attempting to accomplish, than they will just closing off the rest of the clatter and clamor of the world, and pay attention to THEIR OWN BUSINESS.  If you are one of the ones that is criticizing other people for what they are promoting, and NOT paying attention to what YOU should be doing, then I have no doubt that you will not achieve success in any of the things that you are attempting to accomplish.

 

Why do you think that a very small percentage of people are actually making money on Google?  I can tell you for a fact that they, like myself, are like pit bulldogs.  They are willing to write when they don't want to.  They are willing to attend training sessions, even if its not convenient.  They are NOT interested in what the OTHER people are doing, because they are too damned busy paying attention to what they need to do to reach a pinnacle of success that they few will achieve.

 

It has been said that we all work on the 80-20 rule.  I tend to think that we work on the 99-1 rule.  That being that 99% of people had rather complain and do absolutely nothing constructive with their time while the 1% will take the responsibility of making a difference.

 

Network marketers, pay attention to my words of wisdom.  Perhaps some of this will absorb into your psyche and you will begin paying attention to your own work, than the work of the people that are trying to accomplish something great in their life.

After you become a famous and very successful home based business
person and you are called upon to give a speech in ten minutes your
mind would begin racing. How on earth could you give an extemporaneous
speech, that means right now? Here are some very fast outlines that
you could use. 1. The past, the present and the future of (almost any
topic of your choice). 2. The physical and spiritual aspects (of
almost any topic). 3. Successful People, biographical, or
accomplishments, early years, later years. 4. Churches, history of
(church) (country of origin) major contributions to society. Make out
your list of about 10 items that could prepare you for such an
incident. You would be surprised at how quickly your chosen subject
could end up in a 2 hour speech. If you are required to speak for only
10 minutes, probably the best thing is to bow out and request a 2 week
period to boil a 2 hour speech into 10 minutes. At best your speech
would be at least a good summary of what you want to tell them.
Believe it or not a two hour speech is easier to give than a ten
minute one.

The preparation of a good speech will have a 4 part basic outline as
follows:

1. Introduction. Put your audience at ease and tell them who you are.
Be brief. Don't get carried away.

2. Specific Purpose Statement. (In 5 words of less tell them what you
are going to tell them.) This statement will help to focus your
audience to listen to what you are going to say. If you expand this
beyond 5 words most of your audience will not remember. It is your
responsibility to be crystal clear. You might use an SPS such as: Now
everybody listen carefully because I am going to tell you all about:
_____ _____ _____ _____ _____. The blanks may be one to five words but
no more than five. Immediately after delivering the SPS pause and
swing right into the body of your speech.

3. Body. Here you tell them what you want them to hear. At this time
you might want a little more organization depending on the type of
speech. You might jot down the points that you want to cover. It may
be the type to get audience participation by letting them ask
questions. The body of your speech can be just about anything you want
it to be. When you are done, you are done, go right into the
conclusion.

4. Conclusion. Summarize what you have just told them. It may be
nothing more than a statement of the major points that you covered.
You might begin by saying In Conclusion: (Give a very brief summary of
your speech). Sit down you are finished.

If you follow the outline above in preparing your speech you will be
successful and if I were to evaluate it I would rate it as a good
speech even though I might not like the subject. Consider your speech
as being boxed in on all four sides. Without these four parts your
speech is incomplete.

It is not enough to just attract visitors to your business.  You also
have to convince your potential customers to buy from you as well.
This is where you need to decide whether you want to be a salesman, or
a sales consultant.  The difference between the two is that a
consultant has respect from the customer, the salesman does not.  Why
is that?

People love to spend and they like to form their own conclusions why
they want to buy something, however, no one likes to be sold
anything.  Salesmen have no respect because they are seen as people
who are trying to "push" a sell on you.  So, there is already a
subconscious competition when someone is confronted by a salesman.
Conversely, as a sales consultant/representative, you are seen as
someone with answers.  You are the person to ask to gain information
about potential solutions to certain problems.  This is where you want
to be because it puts you into the position of customers wanting to
seek you out.

The Formula For Successful Sales Starts With C-T-P-M!

The average person that searches the internet does so because they are
looking for answers, usually to a particular problem they are having
at the time.  A successful online entrepreneur would want to
capitalize on this knowledge by delevoping the reputation of being a
"solutions-provider" to their target market.  This means that you need
to have an understanding of who your potential customers are.  It is
too general to say that your product is for everyone!  In order to be
successful with your home business, you need to be more specific, so
that you can tailor to the needs of your niche market.  You need to
understand where your customer-base is coming from (i.e. their habits,
lifestyle, thinking).  The key to accomplish this is by listening to
your customers.

here is value, but it is always better to have a whole lot of content

noticed out there.

Once you have brought quality, targeted traffic to your business with
your content, it is then time to start selling to them!   WRONG!!!
You only start selling to your visitors when you want to lose their
business.  The next step after attracting your visitors would be to
start preselling to them.  The best way to presell to your interested
visitors is to connect with them.  Start addressing their issues right

where understanding your target market comes into play.)
